Cartoon Network announced that both TV series Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, and Big O 2 will be airing in the US. The follow up to Big O was comissioned by Cartoon Network, as there was no demand for it in Japan. Cartoon Network is also pressuring Sunrise Entertainment to make more episodes of Cowboy Bebop for the American market, even though Sunrise had previously said that they were not going to go any further with the series.
