There's a site called Woodrocket that currently just has a gallery of a porn parody titled "Laid Runner". According to Uproxx, it's available to view for free but I have not yet found it.
I'll bet it's all GINO action (or not even hinting at artificial anything), but hey, it's at least based on the Blade Runner universe.

Actually, I think they finished shooting ... it hasn't been released yet.
But this thing is CURSED ..... every remake or porn parody of Blade Runner has failed to make EVER make it to the screen.
