Hey guys, I'm not sure if this has been posted before...but I've never seen it, so here.
Orianna is a robot character from the League of Legends universe. I've never played the game, but she's an old fashion piece of machinery built from scratch blended with magic. And apparently there's many different skins (versions) of her to play as, so there's a variety of fembots based on her one design. Here are few images of her, but honestly if you Google her you'll get a ton of images. And there's also many gameplay videos of her, and she talks very deliberately/mechanically. Her movement is also very jerky at times as well.

Re: Orianna the Lady of Clockwork (League of Legends)
IIRC this was posted before. Just weighing in further here, her backstory was that she was made to replace the daughter that this brilliant scientist had lost to illness. Her core concept, gameplay-wise and story wise is that she can manipulate "The Ball" which she can use to attack, support allies, create gravitational distortions and her ultimate ability creates a singularity around the ball that drags people over to it, while inflicting massive amounts of damage (think RPG-type boss damage). She's not really my cup of tea, even though I love playing her for her versatility. Just a tangent from an avid player of the game.
On another note, this is really as far as it goes in terms of bot content, Orianna and a few alternate costumes, but even then, they're scarce, and it's all aesthetics for the costumes and no noticeable tropes are applied to the skins to emphasize the robotic nature. Personally I don't think much comes of it, but I pulled up what I could from memory.

For those who might be interested, here's a character model viewer for Orianna, displaying some of her more mechanical animations.

Sexy or creepy, ultimately up to the viewer.
