If the story "The Iron Virgin" is at all related to the cover art, and the winning bid goes to anyone who frequents this site, then that person might be charged with the invaluable task of transcribing the story: good or bad, it's doubtful that it was ever published anywhere else, and might well even be in the public domain by now. It's always important to archive such things for future reference. I can think of a few stories that I've come across like that, lost to me now.

I just purchased the pulp, and am willing to transcribe the story for everyone here. First, I'll check copyright, just to make sure it's lapsed into public domain. Story and cover art scan to come soon to wiki.
