It looks like a new comic and if you look closely, you can see the wind-up key is the girl's ponytail.

On the one hand, it was a fictional cartoon character.

On the other, yeah, it was some website for children's educational products. Not really the place to trawl around for content. Have some self respect. Good call, Robotman.

Point taken. Since it wasn't porn, I thought it was all right. I was wrong.

That's why there are a few ASFR Japanese sites that I know of that I won't link to, since they have the Pokemon characters Misty, May, and Dawn on them and those three girls are constantly said to be 10 or 12 years old.
