Coba worked at Disney prior to setting up his own shop. He would have seen making dolls like this as an opportunity to raise funds, and to develop the technologies he needed for more important purposes.

Though a pregnancy fetish was not Coba's preference, I believe he would have been glad to make an arrangement for a member of the Men's Association.

Unlike my namesake, I am convinced that transformation is the only approach which can produce the truly perfect woman. In a society with my values, there is an important role for the use of semi-bionic cyborgias, capable of gestating a human foetus. The simplest model would replace initially only the subject's brain, and the replacement CPU would drive the proper delivery of nutrients, temperature, oxygen, etc. After delivery, the new mother's total body upgrade could be completed, in the same operatory theater.
