Total Recall 2070

Post by Karel » Tue Jun 19, 2007 7:31 pm

Was just watching reruns of this relatively old show and caught about a minute's worth of air with an android receptionist. Apparently it's available on DVD, not that I've ever seen it for sale: it's one of those shows where you have to sit through every episode for probably five to ten minutes total of gynoid content, a waste given the number of featured androids. Someday I'll get around to it.

I've actually been wondering about this show recently. Can anyone who's seen it tell me if it's worth watching as far as being good sci-fi? I watched the pilot which was released years ago on video and it seemed ok, but I know that it's now possible to track down the rest of the series so would it be worth it?

thanks guys

Thanks for the reply Kishin, but I'm asking if the show was good in it's sci-fi aspect. I got the impression that it didn't really offer any ASFR content, but I'd like to know if it was a good series along the lines of Showtime's Odyssey 5 or Outer Limits.

I watched all the episodes of this show back in the day and didn't think it was very good at all. It might be worth a rental but I wouldn't buy it for sure.
