who do i ask to be granted access to file sharing thread?

i would have just posted messege in thread from few days ago when someone was asking about hypno robot clips and hypnobiz was brought up but seems its locked... anyways for as long as ive been member here which is years ive always wondered about how to gain access to the semi private file sharing section of this board but never ask how to go about gaining that access... As most of the people that do have access i have over the many years of loving and enjoying asfr i have collected numerous files clips and would of course love to share.. So i guess if anyone can give me any information on who to speak with i would really appreciate it,,, thank you
