If you go to the URL for the forum now, Dosman has a notice up about it. Apparently he's not going to bring the forum back - and the freezemodeling.com domain will not be renewed when it expires in March.

Not to steal Dosman's thunder, in case he's going to make the announcement himself soon... but, stealing his thunder, the LMC forum is back up, much to my surprise. I am now member #9! Woohoo!
