More Progress In Cybernetics

While this is just an artificial hand meant for a human, it clearly creates possibilities for an entire "platform" based based on this technology.

I personally suspect the prosthetics could be a backdoor to the development of a humoid robot.

But I suspect that such an event will involve many different technologies coming together and snowballing. The prospect of our fetish becoming real is a somewhat daunting prospect.

Also, prosthetics offer hope to those thinking about converting themselves. Full brain conversion would naturally come a good deal later.

Later,

Think its fair to say this is at least a step in the right direction, albeit 1 of the very early ones in actual physical enhancement. Technically with cochlear implants to aid hearing, heart pacemakers etc the cybernetic age has already started, and I suppose in some ways laser surgery on the eyes improves sight, though this is a little less cybernetic I guess.

I suspect in all honesty that full brain conversion will in fact be 1 of the last processes to be achieved in terms of cyborgs/robots etc simply because of the complexity and power of the brain and the problems with recreating that. Mind I can hope, though I for one would probably prefer to be controlled though preferably with sentient awareness of some kind of what I had become. Not compulsory mind!
I'm just a 'girl' who wants to become a fembot whats wrong with that?
