Japan Indies - Mighty Lady SAVERS and Sailor Fight!

Post by JungleSCS » Sun Sep 19, 2004 1:53 am

I thought the forum may be interested in a couple of recent indy films we have in stock. :D

Mighty Lady SAVERS - DVD vol. 1 (of 3)
http://jungle-scs.co.jp/cgi-bin/series. ... ode=626787
Locked in desperate battle with a multiplying giant amoebic virus, Mighty Lady gives up her own life force to protect humanity. Now a select group of Earth girls must accept the giant heroine's gift and become Mighty Ladies themselves, or civilization is doomed!

SAVERS is the latest from the Mighty Lady team, and the best-selling series yet! Vol. 2 seems to be the most popular, as the girls one by one become Mighty Ladies and some turn evil.
There are many images posted on the Mighty Lady Official site (Japanese):

They have just announced the next Mighty project, too: Mighty Lady Virginal 2nd Chapter is coming in summer 2005, as well as another behind-the-scenes video of the suit actresses before and after transformation (spring 2005).

Sailor Fight! DVD
http://jungle-scs.co.jp/cgi-bin/series. ... ode=624797
Combatting marauding giant monsters with mazer cannon tanks or flying submarines is no longer an option in the budget-minded and relatively safe 90's. Enter the Type 93 General Support Robot, a.k.a. Sailor Fighter: a high-school girlbot more economical (and aesthetic!) than the extravagant defense mecha of the past. It's up to Sailor Fighter and the downsized Japan Defense Force to overcome monsters, deranged cyborgs and malfunctioning mecha and protect Earth!

This DVD has 3.5 hours of content - all 10 years' worth of effort by the Sailor Fight crew!
