The andromeda website has a link to it's sister production Mutant X.

this weekends episode "Dream Lover" is about an evil genius running a strip club staffed by robot duplicates. There's even a shockwave teaser on the site.

This is a rerun, it's really not much, there are no open pannels or robotic behavior. Plus the only thing that happens when these clones are destroyed is that they turn in to dust. Although there is a nice computer generated girl in the episode that serves as the club's web concierge.

Personally,

I really love this kind of theme. I don't want to dis those who mostly like panels but I like robotic control a la EHY's themes.

So any info on how to tape this would be really appreciated.

My local listings say this episode will air Sunday, September 5. It will run at 1 a.m. and 5 p.m. eastern on my local Fox station, and at 7 p.m. on WGN.

well It's not really a bad episode, it just doesn't really deliver on the asfr aspect. otherwise it's not a bad episode and not a bad show in general.

The episode seems to be available on emule.

Hmm,

In fact, I just noticed both me and noidguy are downloading the file right now.

I've set my "community sharing" on emule to "gynoid". If all the folks here on the board do the same, supposedly we'll be giving ourselves some slight preference in sharing files. It makes sense to me since I'd rather spread special interest stuff than random files.

What do think?

Just wanted to say that I've downloaded %95 of this show and previewing it, I found it absolutely kick-ass. Sure, no freezing or malfunction but lots of control and "designing" of women - like a high fashion Stepford wives.

That's my prejudice but I just wanted to mention it so those with similar tastes would know.

Sory, I have to strongly dissagree with Svengli. IMHO, the custumes were awful and I was very dissapointed in the robotic content. I give it a big old thumbs down. Don't waste your time or bandwidth kids.

I was quite satisfied as well, Svengali. I liked the stepford-ish plot too. ( A lot of sci-fi series seem to do at least one "fembot" episode with obedient women manufactured from flesh or wires or through mind control.

It's the manufactured-ness that is my criteria.
