Saw it last night - it's pretty good. It's basically The Hand That Rocks the Cradle... copied and technology added.

Worth the watch.

Personally, I don't think it was the complete let down I feared. The story is captured in the trailer and there are some nice short malfunction scenes.

I'm happy the fembot is actually mechanical in nature and it seemed like it was building towards a sequel. So maybe one will happen.

Yeah - people lazily compare it to M3GAN, but it's more like if Valerie 23 were an episode of Humans. (she's got all the same wardrobe and hair styling as Anita in Humans)
