No, it's not. The one you linked is "[Tachibana Seven] More coming!" and I did a quick scan of it and didn't find any asfr content.
"[Tachibana Seven] ALIVE" is the one I linked to. You can download the manga by pressing "Archive Download" on the right side in the big "info box" at the top. I think you need to register though.
Anyway, I already have it on my computer so I can send it to you or upload it myself if you dare to give me access.
