This one is One Piece, it's only in the anime, because the manga has no such scene. Since i just follow the manga i cannot tell you more precisely.

I've seen this anime and i know for sure it's in the ftp server, i don't have it saved because it's essentially one endless sequence of rape, which i don't like. The protagonist is a girl forced into controlling via virtual reality a combat android and she has to feel what her android feels, needless to say it's just an excuse to rape her without it being officially a rape and somebody has to explain also why a combat droid needs to be sexually functional (both her and her rapers). Didn't like it.

I forget exactly who she is... some sort of steam powered baroness or something... but in this scene you see she has a bomb in her chest and it's counting down. It's probably been 20 years since I saw that one! Ah memories.

Surprised to see a fembot in One Piece at all. That series has hardly anything robotic that I know of except for Bartholomew Kuma and the Pacifistas.
Negima's the only shounen I follow that has fembots but it's coming to an end soon.

The text you posted is not Japanese... that's Chinese. Sorry.
As for the picture, well... my Japanese is a bit rusty but it looked like it says "Roketan Roketan" which is (from what I can tell) a play on Rockman (the -tan being an honorific given to cute mascot characters like the OS-tans), which is the Japanese title for Mega Man. In fact, these costumes are all totally Mega Man inspired (http://www.wiinintendo.net/wp-content/u ... _MikeM.jpg). So I'm not sure there is anything "official" or real with it.
