[disclaimer] i did provide links only on stuff that has links on the 'net and does not feature underage stuff. But I still mentioned some underage stuff i found because it is my belief that in knowing you can steer away from what's really not intended to be seen.
Manga:
- "0 and 6" or "0/6" or "0:6" depending on translation. Guy is hopelessly weak kid. Guy comes home to find advanced combat droid girl. Guy finds out he's starting to manifest weird superpowers and is starting to age fast. Unluckily the droid girl looks more like a cloned being since she bleeds and regenerates without ever showing any kind of mechanical insides not even when she gets in the really rough fights, but she sure looks good... gags about her super-strenght, but that's it about her artificiality :/ [could not find scans]
- 090 E-ko to issho. Guy gets new cellphone. New cellphone turns out to be robot girl (with her own cellphone). Robot girls gets mad and shoots wall-tearing missile punches when someone calls her a "robot girl" instead of cellphone. Zero sexual tension but lots of laughs. - Bannou Bunka Nekomusume (and sequel: Shin Bannou Bunka Nekomusume), guy builds cyborg body. Guy gets fired because cyborg body cannot hold human-sized brain. Son of guy get his kittenalmost killed. Guy transplants kitten brain into girl cyborg body. The comic has an horrible storyline, but the author (yuuzou takada) has shown several stories with fembot material, for example another of his stories (Genzo Hitogata Kiwa) has a guy trying to recreate his wife from a mannequin and the mannequin even comes to life at one point (lots of supernatural stuff there) unluckily most of his stories also suck big time. - Battle Angel Alita (or Gunnm), practically no sexual tension but some robotic fanservice still is there... and also pretty much anything from Yukito Kishiro, comprehending "Ashen Victor" (the motivator for the male lead is a cyborg prostitute) and "Aqua Knight" (an important side character is a cyborg for most of the comic) [can't find scans]
- Black Magic, again not much sexual tension, but at least for once those m-66 and that m-77 robot girls do look like robots

- Buttobi CPU, boy gets computer, turns out computer is girl, turns out computer girl's program installation requires interesting port usage and very interesting input port placement

- Chronos Haze ... uhm ... not really... yeah... the robot is there but she looks more like a slimegirl when she is not the armor around male character than a robot... if you like that sort of stuff then Exxaxxion is way a lot better and doesn't feature robots that look underage [link not provided]
- El Hazard, supermegaweapon is a girl, girl gets turned on (not in that sense) with a special staff/key (that does not go there), girl does not understand why the guy she has to kill is almost in love with her. - Gunslinger Girl, this finds me conflicted. There is no sexual tension and the maximum love the girls get are teddy bears for their efforts while the adults actually treat them like killing machine. And the story was actually very good and well detailed. But i still had to mind blank myself on the fact that the cyborgs are 8 years old and go around with freaking 40 years old guys and i really had to skip the "fanservice" chapter covers for pukeable "cute-like" material which gives a completely wrong impression. At one point the main character focus becomes at least something barely illegal since that cyborg is at least 17 with a 25 years old tutor. At that point it becomes a lot more bearable. Still i had to close the book and breathe hard when they commented "she's way too old". [link not provided]
- Holy Brownie, this guy definitively has some fembot fetish going on. If his previous work (excel saga) had a couple of robots as supporting character (actually one robot that switched between two bodies, but who cares) this new work starts from the first chapter with the story of the gnomes that help a shoemaker by building his shoes, only this time they are not assigned to a shoemaker but to a guy that wants to build a love doll. And while each chapter is a story per se, encompassing practically every known legal fetish robot girls do make their appearance more than once. - Karakuri Circus, for the first 8 or so volumes you got nothing except a so-called "16 years old" actually looking more in her 20ies that calls herself a marionette despite actually being human. Then you get actual marionette women either as weapons or as automatons and yes the automatons even try to seduce the main characters. - Karakuri Odette, scientist creates girl, girl goes to school to learn being human. Not really much fanservice or stuff but lots of repair scenes. Some nightmare material in one of the last chapters when one compting android by another scientist looks way more human than the titular Odette, only to fail epically at one point and sinking so deep in the uncanny valley that she goes straight into nigtmare valey. - Love Automation, boy has usual troubles with girls. Wellfare ministry has already noticed a decline in the national birth growth so boy gets picked randomly for an automated unit to remove his indecision with girls and get his head fully into love and making babies. - Metal Hearth, company makes battle android. Battle android wrongly gets loaded with date sim data instead of battle data. Battle droid wants to experience love before submitting herself to wipeout and get loaded with the actual battle data. - Najica, veteran cop gets herself an android companion for field work and start elaborating on the place and meaning of robots in this society. Again not much in the sex themes, but still definitively worth a look. http://stoptazmo.com/manga-series/najica/
- Persona 3, i know there is a robotgirl because she appears in the "out of canon" side stories and the first chapter (which is basically the end chapter after defeating the big bad guy, and starts before the great flashback that is the whole comic) shows she has an interest for the lead character... but what she's there for?! - Petit Roid 3, NO! BAD! WRONG FETISH! And i'm going to cry here, because it could have been a great comic about robotgirls and sex... instead it is a pedophilac almanac. *waaaa* I've kept te parts that do not show the titular androids but it still makes me sad that this thing got wasted like that. Lukily i got better because i found Yuria 100 Shiki (way below) that while not filled with mechanical stuff like this one at least does not contain pedo stuff and shows the way androids think (well... for japanese standards at least) [link not provided]

- Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, at about halfway into the whole series the main character gets in love with a robot girl... unluckily the scans have not even gone near the point where he meets her and in any case there is no sexual tension, in fact the guy does not even get to "consume" his marriage before the comic ends. Note also that this comic is so over-the-top that it got into the "geek guinness" for the largest humongous mechas ever shown... (three words: galaxy-sized shurikens)
- Xenosaga, genius girl makes combat droid girl. Combat droid girl proceeds to creep the hell out of genius girls that did not expect her to be sooooo cold-blooded (What? She tought a combat droid would be all cuddles and cute stuff just because she looks like a girl?). One heck of an interesting comic. - Yuria 100 Shiki, pervert makes love droid, love droid refuses to sleep with perverts and flees. Love droid tries to find someone more normal to actually love. Love droid's programming kicks in at every opportunity, so that she fails epically on all her attempts to win his love because she becomes way too much perverted for his tastes and or she misunderstands everything he says for something with a lot more sexual tones. and the scientists are still at a loss why the non lesbian pilot they had trained is not really able to use the robot very much.

- www.drunkduck.com [Killer Body] (it's a multi comic site so you have to search for this one) Guy gets assigned to overview new experimental weapon. New experimental... you know the drill Also from the same site [Love Bytes] might look promising but has not shown anything yet and i do not know if the supercomputer wants to be male or female altough all hints point to female untill now.
- www.edenworldsaga.com [Edenworld Saga] uhm... the male robots actually look like robots, while the female robots actually look like... uhm... very normal women except that they are 8 meter tall and they still get that weird crystal-like blood just like the male robots when they get wounded. It's... weird. O_o
- www.evezworld.com [Syntetic Life] Boy builds girl... you can imagine the rest ;p

- www.flakypastry.runningwithpencils.com [Flaky Pastry] uhm... we got female robots with berserker "kill-mode" switch passwords and we got girls in powered suits XD to be laughed.. i mean read... in order to be believed.
- www.freefall.purrsia.com [Freefall] while like the almost totality of webcomics there is not even an hint of sex and moreover the main character is a furry Artificial Intelligence and thus probably does not interest anybody here i still think this is one of the most interesting sci-fi stories with a very interesting look at the lives of robots in the future society.
- www.frontbeat.com [Front Beat] about cops searching for crimes committed by exploiting robots. Unluckily as soon as the robot girl made her entrance the comic got in hiatus mode :/
- www.girlgeniusonline.com [Girl Genius] not much robot women stuff, really, but a very good story and very interesting setting. Moreover the "not much robot women stuff" does not forget about those few that sure did steal the spotlight for that little time they stayed there.
- www.hellpla.net [Distopia Comic] Guy designs robotgirl. Robot Girl gets completed by the automated systems only after world war three has started and ended. Girl wants to find why she got the memories of guy's girlfriend and she did not know she had to be a robot untill she was told.
- www.huntersglade.com [Space Hunter X] spy droid gets her first run with one of the agency's guys. Guy has to see how the spy droid fares. Spy droid starts having dreams and wonders why or what do they refer to.
- www.megatokyo.com [MegaTokyo] one of the side character is a droid and has her storyline... but she's not really the main focus.
- www.narbonic.com [Narbonic] at one point the main male character gets in love with a supercomputer he has known only via chat. Unluckily it's a very short storyline of a very long comic. The comic is very worth the read anyway.
- www.newscast.comicgenesis.com [NewsCast] robotgirl enters the life on news reporter. Hilarity ensues... or at least it tries to ensue. :p
- www.parasitepublishing.com [Sophia Awakening] Artificial intelligence gets a body.... and then i dunno because the comic has started very little time ago and loves to jump around multiple time periods.
- www.pasteldefender.com [Pastel Defender Heliothrope] Guy finds overpowered device in alien dimensions. Guy attaches device to his love doll. Love doll becomes alive (and lesbian). Hell breaks loose. Since that comic has ended it now features [To Save Her] with a lead character that's a cyborg... but actually it's a slime-girl cyborg. Both comics are pretty much made of distilled weird so be prepared for some stuff that's mature but not in the "cursing, blood & sex" kind of mature.
- www.project-apollo.net [Miracles Of Science] Guy gets assigned new partner. New partner turns out to be a cyborg martian. Heavy cyborg. "Atmosferical re-entry capable" very heavy cyborg. But she looks like a normal woman. O_o one of those comics "made of weird" but very worth the read.
- www.qazicorp.xepher.net [Super Power Quest] Guys get superpowers. Guys find out that very close friends have been turned into androids and now they have to fight them. Guys get their ass kicked all over the place and find one of them was actually an android even if she did not know (and she gets kidnapped by the evil androids). Guys are able to make one of the enemy androids switch sides so that she now fights with them. Zero sexuality as usual for webcomics, but interesting none the less.
- www.ragathol.com [Mondo Mecho] girl was about to find out that she was an android and then the comic went into hiatus what's written is still worth a read.
- www.sluggy.com [Sluggy Freelance] there is still that open Oasis thing. we have no confirmation about her being an android (except a "that does not compute" line and shouts like "override b-32" before overriding previous orders) but unluckily she's just a minor storyline. The comic is worth reading tough.
- www.spacecoyote.com [Saturnalia] Guy gets in love with (human) militant android rights activist. Features droid whores among various fembots but there is no sexual content. Still worth the read.
- www.trarr.net [Traces Of Chaos] more furry than fembot material, since the only visibly mechanical part of the cyborg protagonist is an arm and not even all of it... story is still non existant so i don't know if it's worth.
- www.underpower.non-essential.com [UnderPower] Features robotic catgirl with enev a chapter where she goes in therapy with other robotgirls... but it's on hiatus since time immemorial and she did not even have that much of an important part besides being the main annoyance of the protagonist.

- www.frontbeat.com [Front Beat] about cops searching for crimes committed by exploiting robots. Unluckily as soon as the robot girl made her entrance the comic got in hiatus mode :/

- www.hellpla.net [Distopia Comic] Guy designs robotgirl. Robot Girl gets completed by the automated systems only after world war three has started and ended. Girl wants to find why she got the memories of guy's girlfriend and she did not know she had to be a robot untill she was told.
- www.huntersglade.com [Space Hunter X] spy droid gets her first run with one of the agency's guys. Guy has to see how the spy droid fares. Spy droid starts having dreams and wonders why or what do they refer to.

- www.narbonic.com [Narbonic] at one point the main male character gets in love with a supercomputer he has known only via chat. Unluckily it's a very short storyline of a very long comic. The comic is very worth the read anyway.
- www.newscast.comicgenesis.com [NewsCast] robotgirl enters the life on news reporter. Hilarity ensues... or at least it tries to ensue. :p
- www.parasitepublishing.com [Sophia Awakening] Artificial intelligence gets a body.... and then i dunno because the comic has started very little time ago and loves to jump around multiple time periods.
- www.pasteldefender.com [Pastel Defender Heliothrope] Guy finds overpowered device in alien dimensions. Guy attaches device to his love doll. Love doll becomes alive (and lesbian). Hell breaks loose. Since that comic has ended it now features [To Save Her] with a lead character that's a cyborg... but actually it's a slime-girl cyborg. Both comics are pretty much made of distilled weird so be prepared for some stuff that's mature but not in the "cursing, blood & sex" kind of mature.
- www.project-apollo.net [Miracles Of Science] Guy gets assigned new partner. New partner turns out to be a cyborg martian. Heavy cyborg. "Atmosferical re-entry capable" very heavy cyborg. But she looks like a normal woman. O_o one of those comics "made of weird" but very worth the read.
- www.qazicorp.xepher.net [Super Power Quest] Guys get superpowers. Guys find out that very close friends have been turned into androids and now they have to fight them. Guys get their ass kicked all over the place and find one of them was actually an android even if she did not know (and she gets kidnapped by the evil androids). Guys are able to make one of the enemy androids switch sides so that she now fights with them. Zero sexuality as usual for webcomics, but interesting none the less.
- www.ragathol.com [Mondo Mecho] girl was about to find out that she was an android and then the comic went into hiatus
what's written is still worth a read.- www.sluggy.com [Sluggy Freelance] there is still that open Oasis thing. we have no confirmation about her being an android (except a "that does not compute" line and shouts like "override b-32" before overriding previous orders) but unluckily she's just a minor storyline. The comic is worth reading tough.
- www.spacecoyote.com [Saturnalia] Guy gets in love with (human) militant android rights activist. Features droid whores among various fembots but there is no sexual content. Still worth the read.
- www.trarr.net [Traces Of Chaos] more furry than fembot material, since the only visibly mechanical part of the cyborg protagonist is an arm and not even all of it... story is still non existant so i don't know if it's worth.
- www.underpower.non-essential.com [UnderPower] Features robotic catgirl with enev a chapter where she goes in therapy with other robotgirls... but it's on hiatus since time immemorial and she did not even have that much of an important part besides being the main annoyance of the protagonist.
