It looks like a Japanese comics, but it seems to be personal.It was quite interesting, but I can't read Japanese.

Point a phone with google direct image translate does not work for a raw translation? let me try...
ok, so, i took the google translate app for my android phone. Downloaded both the Korean language and the English language.
At this point the "take a picture" icon became a camera with a "+" sign, which meant "instant translation on screen".
downloaded one of the comics at random so that extraneous text would not confuse the app (i'm not sure it would, but better not take chances).
tapped the plussed camera icon and pointed at the screen. took a screnshot of what i was seeing.
(fiddling with the phone shook the camera so the translation missed some pieces and the text went out of allignment
).

(note: the more you keep your camera still and the more you point at a writing the more the translation will improve, i did this hastily because most of you guys would probably want to see what they are looking at and get the gist of the dialogue while scrolling, not waiting to get a really decent translation. Also... this is an automated translation, so it will never be "good", just "understandable")

I would suggest scouting some of the manga sites and find a scanlation group that is willing to do it for you. I'd bet most would be willing to do the whole thing for like $10 or so. Just find one that does Korean based manga / manwha and you can get it done completely. The group might even post it to several sites for readers as well.
I looked up a few. Now, I'm not vouching for any of these but that do translate Korean manwha / manga like you have...
