Hypnosis Video Questionnaire, please check it out!

Evening all.
In the interests of finding out just what people want from my hypnosis vids. I've created a questionnaire on google docs. It's got 20 questions, all of which are optional (I figure that if people only answer the questions on aspects of hypno videos that they're interested in, that gives me a pretty good idea as to what's popular and what's not.
