Movie Title

Trying to think of the name of a movie i saw years ago (probably early/mid 90's?) It was about to cyborgs (one female one male), the only few scenes i remember is at one point the male actually bleeds but as it "heals" the blood receeds back into the cut, and they destroy the female one by setting her on fire at the end.

I know it's not much to go on but any ideas?
