A thought....

Post by CrystalClark » Fri Jan 02, 2015 4:44 pm

Hi everyone!
I am Crystal...aka CrystalBot (hehe) :lovestruck:
I am new to the forum...and just wanted to say HI :-)

Now my "Thought" is, what would (in your opinion) be the perfect attire for a fembot?

I have bounced this thought off a couple friends, and what seems to be the most popular:
-Plain black bikini
-Metallic type clothing
-Nothing

What do you think?

Much love
xoxo
Crystal

I'd vote for a metallic catsuit, as
  • there isn't much of this stuff out there,
  • it removes all the imperfections of natural skin, so it looks more artificially,
  • hiding the most of the body's features automatically guides the attention to the remaining ones, most prominently the facial expression and any kind of markings, ports and so on.
  • reflective clothing, while not counting as exhibitionism, is still on the edge of it, which makes it possible to break from the usual plots in videos. Don't sure if there are many people who like to pay for a video of a business meeting with fembot dommes and without porn, though.

When a fembot thinks she's human, it's fun to see her in an incomplete version of some look or uniform. Is it that she doesn't know how revealed she is, or that she isn't concerned? Skimpy in an odd way suggests, this can't be a human woman. A human woman would be aware of the significance of exposing that much of herself.

I saw Robotmaster dressed his performer in a wisp of translucent fabric - the same look of the new, improved Joanna at the end of The Stepford Wives. The view of Joanna-bot's breasts through her nightie, as she moved forward to dispatch her predecessor, was the most erotic scene of the film.

Make the inappropriate seem appropriate, in your twisted world of fake women.

Yeah, the whole zentai sf stuff is mixing in effortlessly. Pale white makeup and deep dark red - nearly black - lip gloss pushes the artificial effect even more and is greatly ignored...

Another setup which leaves the well-trodden paths would be demonstrating the differences between a woman in power armor / a cyborg woman / a robot woman. Always same outfit. Run Lola Run like.

Or putting them together as a pair. Singory's Joana+Jana pair is a nice example of this.

EDIT: AFAIK silver latex can be a headache. But at least to me shinyness is more important, so anything shiny gray to blue is better than dull silver. Silver boots, gloves etc. are great, however. Who said a robot couldn't wear gloves?

EDIT: Very cool outfit, too.

EDIT: If we talk about boots, consider ballet heels. No human woman could actually walk in these, so...

For me, as a fembot, the metallic thing is definitely the look
I'm just a 'girl' who wants to become a fembot whats wrong with that?

As an amateur designer of props such as these, I would have to say that this antenna, hat and its lights are very large, and poorly designed.

  :lovestruck: , but :nerd: :?:
Image
I also note that this hat also has absolutely no functionality, in terms of reading or writing data to the wearers mind. Under a hat that big, one could contain so much hardware - at least a bluetooth speaker to whisper mantras into her ears.

My nascent plans for a headpiece are more delicate, and I hope to include four or five technologies which can communicate different kinds of information, either to or from the wearer, to facilitate her guidance through a hypnosis session.

Certainly true; but how often do we see interesting props for sale with costumes? They thought at least to try to make an antenna, and lights to suggest control and electricity.

When you see anything better in that department, I'd appreciate a PM, or start a thread with examples.

Let her dress herself - See what she does!
It would be fascinating to give her options and see what choices she makes - initially, then, after learning more about human cultures, etc. Maybe she initially wears nothing - not understanding the necessity (and really, there is none outside of the social) for an elements-resistant fembot to wear clothes. After some schooling in human cultures though, she may make interesting choices. Will she think of clothing as ornamentation? Human expectation? Would she dress to please you? Conform to a human standard? Find human standards or expectations beneath her?
It'd be an intriguing way to see how your fembot "thinks."

I suppose if I wanted to represent that in an image I'd put a fembot half way through her "socialization" process. Maybe have her wearing an odd but revealing pastiche of clothing choices - like a tutu, but with no panties. I love the ballet heels idea, too - whatever she's wearing.

That's how we watched the Cameron Baum terminator develop. The primary goal of her appearance was to appear human. She experimented with make-up in an early episode, studying the look of a Latina gang member. Much later, she strutted around John in panties. I think I remember many little moments where her character was developed by showing her appearance choices.

Sometimes she would be asked directly about why she looked the way she did. Sometimes she would explain her reasons; and sometimes you could believe her answers.

Mann and Machine's Eve Edison was not as well programmed to understand and imitate the women around her; but if her show had lasted more than half a season, she would have continued to progress.

I just purchase something very similar to one of these. Only it does not have the legs covered. Only body, arms, and neck. I will post photos soon when it arrives :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
