Is it possible for a demonstration model robot to return to a blank state of memory if their batteries are fully depleted?

Is it possible to build a functional terminal on an Android robot's arm like Roberta's in "Not Quite Human 2"?

Is there really a program for the mathematical equivalent of emotions?

How much of a program could a 1989 era floppy disk store?
