How does one gain access to the FTP?

I've heard that you need only be a member of Fembot Central for a certain amount of time. If I qualify, can I gain access to the FTP? :wtf:

I believe you can contact Robotman for all your FTP needs! (Or is that FembotWiki? I think it's both.)

I'm sure you've been a member for long enough...he just doesn't want people joining on their first day and suddenly asking for access. It is a marvelous treasure trove of all the wonders we have encountered....
