Does trolling count in that field? Does another fake claim make a difference? I don't think so. The OP doesn't have a real problem, he's only fooling around. It was visible since his second posting. Okay, I'm fine with that, let's play.

But just at the moment it was getting interesting when he had maneuvered more and more into his self-constructed cul-de-sac, he accused a loose group for the actions of single persons. Ugh! It's impossible to defend against such accusations. So the game is over now. It was interesting to watch, but too short.

Froggy, what you wrote is valid in general but even considering "The way I would do it" vs. "The way it should be done" the second posting of GBR was already implausible. Too many claims, too few evidence. If they so far, we have developed motorized joints for the shoulders, hips, knees, and elbows, it should be no problem to post a video on Youtube showing that stuff. No website needed. Other startups and student groups developing robots do it, so why stand back? And Some of our market surveys, so they had run at least two market surveys (in a company existing for two weeks?). How did they made these surveys when people couldn't even find a website? Have they asked random people on the road?

Personally, he haven't answered any of my questions - which he demanded in his first post. What's the point demanding questions and then disregard them for all but a pickup line to talk more non-credible things? So it's safe to make a bet there's nothing behind the curtains and play the game that way. That could have been fun and GBR may have had fun, too - maybe even improve in his next try to fool us.

But he choose to leave with a pile of poo - claiming 33 people PMed him with threats, even 'death threats'. So every regular here must have sent him a threat. I know I haven't and I doubt any of the other regulars I know had. What would be the point in doing that? A troll won't go away because you threaten him. A troll lives on threats as it lives on false claims. Even the people on the board who heat up easily can't refuse that logic. The only way to get rid of a troll is to make it uninteresting for him to continue by letting him talk, don't give him any new input and don't fight each other.

So I recommend to close this thread while not fighting each other. That was his goal and we shouldn't give him his reward.
