I've been trying to get in there for quite some time; around the start of October, this began to happen. I'd like to know the answer to this, too.

I saw on another forum that the server failed (the Legacy of Timeless Beauty Stories Archive was the specific sub site being discussed), and the admin is trying to get it re-hosted. No ETA for restoration, though.
