This remains an heavily scripted AI but voice and facial recognition are pretty good. And she is cute.

She is also able to use internet to gather datas and process them. I think that used well she can be pretty usefull.
She is an open developmenent plateform so you can edit her AI yourself

That's pretty cool.
It would be great if they could tweak the voice and face a little more, but it isn't bad so far. Not sure I want to spend that much money on it though

Essentially, we'll soon be seeing robots that learn through mimicking and being guided physically.

With the current of rate of progress, it's easy to imagine robots that can seem human for about a minute appearing in about fifteen years.

Of course, the rate of progress is going to be highly unpredictable.
