In terms of personality, what do you like best in a fembot?
There's the kind that behaves exactly like a human. The same voice, the same mannerisms, the same display of emotions. Assuming there's no deactivation, malfunction, or peeling the skin open and seeing the circuits, there is no way you could realize she's a robot by yourself.
Then there's the kind that's mostly human, but there are a few things in her personality that give her away. Maybe she's a bit too perky, or maybe every once in a while she does not use a contraction when most people would.
Then there's the kind that's human in appearance only. She's all logic and performing the given tasks. Human behavior is completely alien to her.
Well?

Human, Near-Human, or Full Robot?
<b><i>"To you, a robot is a robot. Gears and metal; electricity and positrons. Mind and iron! Human-made! If necessary, human-destroyed! But you haven't worked with them, so you don't know them. They're a cleaner, better breed than we are."</i></b>

Full Robot,only appearance human.
I think that is across the board for both android, and gynoid. Especially if the robot was transformed from human to robot. I think there should noticiably be a change, such as somewhat ridgid(but not clunky) movement and the ability to speak in very logic driven ways as opposed to emotional ways, but that is just my opinion;)

As a fembot, I would be fully functional as a human. I would be undetectable by normal casual conversation and normal activity, although I would seem quite stiff and formal. With advanced AI, I would be genuinely sentient and may even feel the emotions I display.
I would probably behave far more like a robot when I do not need to appear human though, and could probably be switched on to a 'full robot mode' if my commander decided that human behaviour was not necessary. Unless my AI is disabled, I would be aware of the difference.
