Second Life

Post by cod386 » Thu Feb 12, 2009 11:03 pm

Has anyone tried to look into second life? (searching fembots obviously)
SL has a huge potential because robots are possible and the environment is already set up.
All i could find is a place named "VirToys - Rubber android lovedoll AV's" and a bot girl named Halo Rossini which is not very intelligent and its not easy to meet her online.
See this:

Actually you can see more about secondlinfe on youtube than inside the world.

I don't know other 3d chats but don't tell me that you've never heard of SecondLife.
It has millions of users and you can acually work there for real money.

The fembot content in second life is poor.
However i saw a banner with a "product" that can be mounted on your avatar and generates robotic sounds when walking. What is more interesting is that the banner has a fembot looking like candy (see "worst spy ever" by fection) and also has "by fection" signature.
If it is fection's work then is there more?

Hmm.... No, that wasn't me. I haven't seen SL for some time. I might need to re-investigate...

SL and Fection's Work

Post by maax » Fri Feb 27, 2009 11:59 am

There is a group in Second Life that is using one of Fections Animated shorts of Candi as the ideal for the Android girls they are trying to design IC, appearance, movement, even personality.

I know of at least one person on the board here connected with the group, but not in a leadership position.

I just met a girl that likes to be a doll in SL. She actually has a key and she can't move when wounds down.
If you want to wound her up from time to time search for Mechatoy Mekanic. Its her name.

She...is really a HE cod. There are a lot of people in Second Life that create avatars that may not represent who they actually are.

I've been there two and a half years now, and ran a somewhat successful business with a partner called Hypnodolls where we sold hypnosis machines with all manner of fetishy scripts for it. I know I wrote at least one or two robotic or doll based scripts in there for the thing. I've been collecting avatars, skins and clothing that might be considered on-topic for this board all that time. It takes a bit of digging, but there's some darn fine robot content if you look hard enough.

Depends on how you do your digging. The search tool is getting better in there over the last year. Nowadays the search can find an item for sale along with the coordinates of the vendor. You can also search for stuff via 3rd party sales sites like SLExchange, which is called something else now since the Linden Labs people bought em. No, they're not google, but what is?

As winterrose said, if you dig deep enough in SL you find things like this...

Actually i've found an entire community and location.
They have a robot factory and already are a few robots.
Location name: E-nigma
They already have a lot of stuff but the business is still under construction.
I indend to get involved in that business in sl...

Regarding the males who pretend they are female, is not hard to distinguish (at least for me) but you can only be sure after a few encounters so patience is needed. The fist wrong sign is an account created only a vew days or weeks back :)
