A.S.F.R. words you find appealing
I'm yet again trying to write my first stories, and this time I've made more progress than in previous attempts. While writing, I thought I might solicit some input in a simple enough way.
I certainly have learned a great deal about people's tastes, by reading and collecting most of the stories out there in the archives, over seven or eight years; but I would be interested to know:
What are the key words in stories which each of you would find most techno-sensually enticing?

Hmmm. Well, a random sampling off the top of my head...
robotic(s)

Just to choose a few at random, you know.
Oh, and I'll echo Kishin. Open panels=GOOD.
PS: Looking forward to seeing your stories. Any chance of a preview/excerpt, or are you not that far along yet?

No, I couldn't show everyone a sample yet. Once every plot detail has been scripted, then I can go over the prose to make it serviceable.Korby wrote: PS: Looking forward to seeing your stories. Any chance of a preview/excerpt, or are you not that far along yet?
So far, it looks to be some 16 chapters: each a unit of time which might warrant 3 or 4 pages. As the events described take place over the course of one night, I couldn't release them out of chronological order.
My stories might as well take place in Stepford. Those are the values I would hope to promote in an erotic story. Domestification, transformation into ideally content, ideally co-operative machines. My focus I think is on the variety of degrees of self-knowledge a cyborg/robot may possess. The possible characterizations are manifold; and limited, programmed self-knowledge can be terribly endearing to me.
Many readers, it seems, worry that transformation stories cross a certain line of acceptable taste ; I've grown out of that concern. I know what I want in my erotica cybernautica, and it doesn't have anything much to do with who I am outside of my secret desires. So I hope that people will give in to the fun , and not be put off by unsolicited transformations which underlie my offering, an alternative for what The Stepford Children could have been in the right hardcore hands.

I do have a couple around here that I could dig up by, "Tales of the Machine" has some gaps between tales that I have to get to fixing in the not released versions.Kishin wrote:I was hoping that was you.
Good work. I'd love to see more of it. Your style suits my tastes.
Meaning I have two tales but, I have to add a couple more for continuity so, it makes sense.
Assuming I can find them now. A while back I lost my Docs CD and was able to find an older version of the CD but, I don't know if that is on there. I'll check.
There is a standalone tale called "Chris the Fembot" which has nothing to do with the Tales of the Machine.
That one is more sentimental in writing.
I'm getting off topic aren't I?
