Or just high! Someone filmed this at an airport of a protester sitting in a wheelchair with only panties and a bra. She actually seems very robotic:

I had actually read something about this. The woman in question is apparently a surgeon (or some other medical professional) who now needs the wheelchair. She did this as a form of protest.

I read about it a few weeks ago, I could be wrong.

Her name is Tammy Banovac and is a retired surgeon. She is age 52 and looks great for it. She was protesting the way they search her, finding it to invasive and near sexual assault. They found some sort of nitrates on her chair which could be used for bombs or some such and sent her packing. Next day she shows up and pulls that stunt to see if she can get on her flight. Yes though she does look robotic it was my first thought when I saw the video. Oh and if you have access check out Playboy 1997 issue for a Tammy Lynn Brewer. Her maiden name.
