Any tabletop RPG fans here?

I guess this has two parts, one off-topic and one semi-on-topic.

First of all, how many other members are into tabletop RPGs?

Second, are they any systems and settings which *cough* are well-suited for fembot characters? I'm mostly interested knowing what people would want out of a fembot transformation and/or a synthetic fembot lover, and think it might be another way to explore the question.

I played in two one-off Shadowrun adventures. I had a love/hate relationship with cyberpunk. I considered some other systems.

I found an unofficial sourcebook, "Full Body Conversions
A new view" by Mikael van Atta for Cyberpunk 20.20 though I've never seen the original game:

It was previously available through http://datafortress2020.110mb.com/indexlotek2.html but hosted offsite. Perhaps if someone can contact the author, it might be worth including on the wiki?

Tried to start a GURPS campaign once. It never got off the ground.

Hey fellow ASFRians,
Growing with an older had its ups & downs. But one thing I thank my brother for was getting me in AD&D!!! It is, to me by far the best RPG!! In highschool got into the forgotton Realms & Dragonlance. I have all our 1st edtion books & modules, as well as 2nd edition & the 3rd editon. I see they did vertion 3.5 & now EVEN a newr edition Too much & rich for my blood). Anyway as i got older I played Marvel Superhers Advanced Set. Was a lot of fun, as long as you had decent dm. While going to my Navy A-school after boot camp, I met some guys who played Westends Star Wars RPG (Still one of my top favoites) & Shadowrun. I have to agree Shadowrun is loads of fun & kickass I there moto Always shoot striaght, NEVER Trust an elf & NEVER EVER make a deal with a Dragon! classic!! I ran into my old DM from highschool we're trying to get a Ad&d campagin going but its slow moving. Any I loved RPGS & these card based games.....they suck major frickin ass!!! Table top RPG's 4-EVER;) your ol pal ANDROID69/PETE#69

I grew up on Runequest and its spin-offs. Some of my friends prefer AD&D, others D&D 3E, others skill-based systems.

If we are using AD&D or D&D 3E terms -

I consider dexterity the most important physical attribute, then constitution, then strength. It's probably easier to engineer a strong android than a nimble or rugged one. As far as constitution goes, an armored box can protect the processor against most damage; replacement parts are probably simpler than making equally durable limbs, head, skin, etc.

I am harder-pressed to decide among the mental attributes. I have more intelligence than wisdom or charisma, through I'm working on charisma. Adding more processing power would probably increase my intelligence, but it would take some care to increase my wisdom or charisma.

If using the old optional comeliness attribute, I expect it would be as high as needed.

Among non-magic using classes, I'd prefer rogue over fighter. Otherwise, I'd prefer to dual-class rogue and cleric. (!)
