A handy tool

Post by tectile » Sun Nov 30, 2008 10:55 am

The other day I needed to strip the audio from a couple of Quicktime videos and convert them to MP3 for a blind friend who has no way to play a Quicktime file.

I pulled out WinFF and it did the trick nicely.

This software is easier to use than any other converter I have tried, it works under Windows and Linux and best of all it's free.

Put WinFF in your digital tool bag and you won't be sorry.

BTW, if anyone in the group has experience setting up computers for blind people on a tight budget please drop me a PM.
