Stan Lee Has Died

Postby Kishin » Mon Nov 12, 2018 5:43 pm

He was 95 years old.

I am crushed. I cannot begin to express the depths of my sadness at this.

I knew it was coming, but I am truly devastated. :faceoff:

Yep, sad day indeed. When I was about 3 years old my uncle gave me a very early Xmen issue...I still have it, in "as far from mint condition as you can get" (because 3 year old). Stan's been with me ever since.

He's another one of those that, in doing something seemingly inconsequential, touched more people that he could have ever predicted.

So many creative works and careers exist because of him. May he rest in peace.

no offense, but what about saying "departured" for the deceased personnel?

I'm not even sure about what you're saying.

I didn't say dead. I said he has died.
It wouldn't make much sense to say, "Stan Lee has dead." That's not grammatically correct.
