I find that free latex/pvc preview sites work quite nicely for a good look, though you will trawl through to find easy to manip photos (poses, eyes, facial expressions), but getting a better (read easier) source image always leads to better manips. Hypnosis pictures can give you great black eyes or switched off photos.
