looking for a pic that was formerly on the gallery

Hey, all, I'm looking for a pic that used to be on the gallery before that shut down. It's an image from a manga of a damaged and malfunctioning android waitress. I'd be greatful of someone found that for me. Thanks.

Nope. I just hosted that image personally.
I have never seen the original manga. I do not know the source, or even the name.

so apok do you just happen to have any other images from the gallery floating around that you would mind hosting for the rest of us to re-enjoy?

I have a lot of them, plus many that never appeared in the FC Gallery. Almost 500 pictures total.

The problem is this: I don't have the bandwidth to host them myself on an FTP server or anything, nor do I have the patience to go uploading them all to a public host such as the one I posted in this thread.

Maybe I'll zip them and upload it to Hottori's FTP or something.

Put it all on one zip file and upload it to bayimg.com. The site will unzip it automatically and post the individual pics.

I'm in the process of uploading a 418-image .zip file. It's BIG. I'm not sure it will work.

Sadly bayimg.com hasn't been working out. I even subdivided the images into several smaller .zip folders, but no dice.

Is it timing out on you? I've uploaded to them before, but it takes a long time with large .zip files.

Just sits there saying "sending request to bayimg.com..." for hours.

Eventually it's just a blank white screen saying something like "I think we broke something".

maybe make them into smaller .zips? it might be a bandwidth over load or bayimg might have a cap on the max upload size

Just tried a .zip with 12 images. Twelve medium-sized JPEGS.

bayimg.com is clearly not the solution.

I'm uploading the images to Hottori's FTP. They're in 2 .zip files: "BotZip.zip" and "BotZip2.zip"

you should try rapidshare.com or megaupload.com Those are both good sites for uploading random files to be downloaded by many people. It doesn't require membership (although that makes life easier). I'll upload them to one of those sites when i get the two files downloaded.
