There's a small list of sources I remember seeing on the old Gynoid Gallery, and I've kept a mental list of them ever since to keep track of in the new Web 2.0 era. It finally paid off:
A failed Sci/Fi Medical show called Mercy Point that aired in the late 90s, featuring an android nurse.

O-old school animation was still made D:
most of the characters looked like scary puppets and there was always a lot of sexual innuendos in that show for kids!

Nostalgia rammed me like a freight train. There was another robot (mobile suit human actually) in a later episode (Rescue Jet Fusion) but it's kinda brief.

Look, I think that everybody here sees the OH SO BRILLIANT AND ORIGINAL ALLEGORY as pretty much debunked from the "supply side," i.e. "why would an android programmed for obedience not obey willingly". But it's pretty bad when I'm questioning your scenario from the demand side, i.e. "why on Earth would the man who bought the damn thing behave like that?"

Will still see the whole video when it's available, though; good find as always!

Loving that mod, although part of me question if using assets from the Genesis Bot Armor 2 from Parris or it's mostly made from the ground up. ^^; But hey, one of my favorite hard-body fembot designs is in Fallout at least.

It does look pretty sweet... but it doesn't appear to be compatible with CBBE, and I like my companion (usually Curie) to have a big butt and bigger tits, so I gave the armor to Piper.

I'm currently using it and it is.

Rewatching this episode, I remember hearing a DVD commentary version where the creators were just stunned this episode made it to air on a kid's network. I have to say, I agree with them.
