First row : T3, Hel from Metropolis, android girl from the Metropolis Anime.
Second row : Robot from Animatrix, Ilya, Call from Alien 4
Third Row : Fembot (Austin Powers), Gigolo Jane (AI), Galatea (Bicentennial man), ???, Priss (Blade Runner), Galaxina
Fourth row : Big Hair ???, Blonde ???, Caterina (Io E Caterina), Doll from Fellini's Casanova ???
Fifth Row : Robot from Autopsy of a Ghost, Dot Matrix (Spaceballs), ???
Last one : Borg Queen

Next to Galatea in the third row is Maria (Sally Yeh) from "I Love Maria"
Fourth row big hair is Kathy Shower, Playboy babe, from the film RoboCHIC. Next to her is Pamela Gidley as Cherry 2000. At first I thought the woman with the blue face in the nurses outfit was Galatea again from Bicentennial Man, but after her human-appearance conversion; now I'm not so sure. Could be Caterina. That would explain the blue face. Yeah, last one in fourth row has to be Fellini's Casanova. Last one in fifth row is Kay-Em from Jason X.
