The original story anime is based on Konami's Busou Shinki line of armed female action figures. The story follows the coming of age and Shinki battles of Tsubasa, a boy who dreams of becoming a Shinki Master, and his Shinki partner Arnval Mk. 2 (Kana Asumi). This was originally a 3rd person shooter action game for the PSP, with an ero side to it.

Unfortunately there is no translated versions of the game =[

They are adorable! I love the little joint shoulders and such. I would love to see this series. Reminds me of a mix of hand maid may and angelic layer. If you do find more, please post it!

it had to be konami and their extremely obvious lonely (NERD) boy plot to sell toys, but wait there's moore, the toys are also girls AND (probably submissive) parts-trading robots. it must be... impossible not to sell...
even knowing that i would like one...damn... U_U

Looks a bit like μ-12 from BlazBlue CS with the blond hair and blue details but has a cuter expression. I'd buy that for a dollar!
