Um, dude, your picture in the first post doesn't show up; there's just a "403 Access Denied" message. Can you copy and paste it somewhere?

i can't read japanese, but i read on wikipedia:

"The series is set in the distant future when Japan has been conquered by other countries and divided up into feudal territories"

To elaborate further on Thurosis' point, this is what one website said the basis of the story was.
The March issue of ASCII Media Works’ Dengeki Bunko Magazine is announcing on Thursday that Sunrise is producing an anime adaptation of Minoru Kawakami’s Kyōkaisen-jō no Horizon light novel series. The story is set in a distant future where Japan is divided into feudal territories and conquered by other countries. There is a floating city named Musashi that is composed of eight ships in the skies. A war that will determine the fate of the world will be fought by students on the Musashi.
Ten to one says that our busty subject will be the centerpiece of some sort of critical component of the war, ala KOS-MOS. I was not able to find anything more other than that. Minoru Kawakami is also a bit of a blank outside of Japan, anyway. But this series is apparently at least somewhat popular, since the light novel has been written since 2008 and the third series just ended.

I guess we just have to wait and see.
