The Dream Machine

Post by gmiceo » Sat Aug 28, 2010 9:04 pm

Satoshi Kon passed away this Tuesday. He was currently working on a new film titled "Yume-Miru Kikai", or "The Dream Machine", which will be it's American release name. It's best described in Kon's own words: "It’ll be like a 'road movie' for robots."

The movie was scheduled to be released in 2011. However, there are no new updates or plans for any eventual completion and release. All contact seems to be shut down for now, which is understandable. As far as I can tell it is not showing up on the Madhouse production co. website.
