Meh I found it on Hentai-Fantasia mIRC. It's the raw, if anybody else is still interested.

Well log into mIRC and find the hentai-fantasia server on rizon. You can probably find it by googling it. Be sure to use mIRC and not the chat IRC they have on the site. Go there and type /ctcp Hairy_Testicles Hentai
A pm window should open. Get the anime by typing "get Iyashite Agerun Saiyuki.avi" in the pm window.

Than you'll be qeued onto a waiting list. Be sure you don't have avi ignored under options in your ignore list.
You'll begin downloading automaticly afterwards.
