Sunday marks the first day of balloting for the 2009 Bondage Awards. If you'll recall, last year HIPcomix.com placed a respectable 7th in the overall "Best Pay Website", with very little advance notice or publicity on our part. We'd like to try to beat that this year, but we need the help of each and every one one of our loyal readers.
