Intriguing. I ordered a custom from her last fall expecting she's deliver the same quality as the one you ordered. To put it bluntly she repeatedly told me it was coming up to December of last year and then forgot I had even ordered it. The rushed product was disappointing to say the least.

I am sorry to hear that. My experiences with custom videos from Brandi have always been nothing but pleasant and professional. Though I can say from experience that sometimes the final product is less than ideal because of people other than the performer—the camera person, prop person, makeup person, co-talent, etc.

To be honest I think it was because she forgot my custom and then rushed to finish it in one weekend.
