Please, consider shooting this with Akira Lane.
OMGosh-golly gee. Wow. Look at her.
I offer this haphazard tribute. The premise is very adaptable to your creative inputs.
[The tone can be adjusted down from my most hardcore transformed/Stepford outline]
Okay, here it goes:
Imagine there's a cool, popular web or tv show, something quality, pro-female, not watched by macho men.
("Girls"? "Sex and the City"? "Gossip Girl"? "Veronica Mars"?)
The main character Akira is played by a young woman, Akira Lane
The show's producer has summoned her to the producer's office.
Akira Lane is happy, playful and half in character. [like a Jenna-Louise Coleman on Dr. Who?]
The show's writers have provided an outline of the "small" changes to be introduced to the Akira character.
Akira Lane is programmed not to notice the dominant power that the producer-programmer has over her; how the producer can revise Akira Lane's thinking, her memory, and her behavior.
Akira Lane talks about herself and Akira in the third person.
How would Akira act? Is that right for her?
Initially, she objects to the changes, some more than others.
Since she's been programmed to accept the changes, to rationalize and change her mind, we get to watch her go through the ways she can progressively cave to, or embrace the [outrageous] changes to her show.
[You can choose to invent any details of her old show, and change them to details about the new show.
Alternate minor changes with much more serious revelations.
Meanwhile, Akira Lane is becoming what they are discussing.]
As previously scripted, Akira was a well-written character, real, flawed, empowered.
- write Akira's love interest out of the series. (minor)
- introduce a new, sinister conspiracy plot and characters
Her character will get turned into a robot. (major!)
[or, will be revealed to always have been a robot]
[while she's being undressed, without thinking that it's strange]
[Akira Lane is warming up to the new direction Akira is being taken.]
- The conversion happened while Akira's libido was being overstimulated, so she's baseline bimbo-horny around her Owners; and a robot-efficient drone when there's no one around.
[now she can think it's normal to masturbate while the producer and she talk]
- a new theme song (Robotman and FC music fans... what should it be like?)
["I am not a Robot" by Marina & the Diamonds (methinks she doth protest too much, me-ow!)]
The producer gets Akira Lane impatient, hints about the new title, audience-tested, very controversial...
[in a robot monotone] WHAT IS THE NEW TITLE OF MY SHOW?
"Akira-123, Suck-bot Automaton"
(she repeats the title, monotone, shocked - she's fully owning it now, becoming sultry, useful, ready to be enjoyed)
By the end of the changes, she has learned that her show has been turned into one about a mindless robot, a secret fembot agent who spends half her time seducing women and painlessly converting them; the other half is spent in the repair facilities, dreamily being worked on or working on other fembots.
There isn't even much of a plot.
- Do you think your new show will have many fans? Will they like the new Akira?
- No, it's not going to run on pay cable. We're going to show it late, late nite on basic cable - but it will be on demand, and everyone will watch you and enjoy the machine you've become.
"Now we will rehearse. You will go into character as the new and improved Akira-bot, and remain in character from now on, unless commanded to pretend to be Akira Lane as she was as a human."
--------
And the final acts of fembot-on-girl action may commence.

The main character Akira is played by a young woman, Akira Lane
After a live-in-studio shoot and performance, she's in her not-immodest, stylish costume [modifiable to be later sexualized, something like the skirt and blouse can come off beneath her apron, revealing no bra or panties, with garters...]but the actress is in fact a robot, programmed to think:
- that she is a human,
- that she is a person,
- and that real fembots haven't been invented yet.
The show's producer has summoned her to the producer's office.

- describe what Akira's sexy new costume will be.If some effects are possible, face-off questions?
Once Akira's been changed, she'll be given a new face and sent to a new city.
- If I look like someone else, I'll have to wear a thick disguise.
- how can you make a "fembot mask" that looks good, that I can see through?
Takes her to the mirror, with green-screen or prosthetic, pull off her face -
but her reaction is just that she's impressed with the look, and the speed and ease of getting into the make-up.

I think Akira would make an excellent fembot.
