Name the fembot

Can you identify this actress? She played a role as a robot woman way back in the old days. Still in color, though.

This is a tough one. :)

Nope, not KB.

Here's a hint. She had a craving for one of the Rat Pack.

She was in the spy spoof genre. See "Rat Pack" reference. But not in the titles mentioned so far.

However, her appearance in those films was not her robot role. That came in an anthology-type movie starring the boxing coach with time enough at last.

Close, Pete, but not quite. Casino Royale was a major spy spoof picture, but the ones I'm talking about had somebody other than David Niven at the helm. Hint Hint.

:)

Okay, I can't take it any more! Check out this video.......

Is that Beverly Adams? The hair is good enough for Mrs. Vidal Sassoon.

Yes! Beverly Adams Sassoon. Once married to Vidal Sassoon and the mother of Cat Sassoon of Angel Fist fame.

Her 'craving' for one of the Rat Pack was a reference to her appearances in the Matt Helm movies, starring Dean Martin, as his secretary Lovey Kravezit.

Her character name in the fembot film in which she appeared was Carla Hayes, thus the Tortelli of Cheers (Carla) and Woody of Buckeyes (Hayes) clues. Not Carla Woodpecker! LOL

The boxing coach with time enough at last was of course Burgess Meredith, who portrayed Rocky Balboa's coach and was also the lover of books in that classic Twilight Zone episode.

The film title, which I practically gave away, is "Torture Garden", in which Beverly plays a newcomer to Hollywood who finds out the secret to becoming a movie star. They're all androids! And now that she knows, she has to join the crowd.

Seeing her in that Bewitched clip makes me think she deserves a lot more exposure.

...........okay............I know that noidguy doesn't want to give out any more clues because it's ruining his fun...........spy spoof from the 60's with a Rat Pack ref..........I'm seriously guessing CASINO ROYALE........and for the BOXING ref.........you're making me think of Burgess Merrideth from TWILIGHT ZONE.....AND ROCKY...........this CAN'T be JEAN MARSH, SO..... since Noidguy said it's a tough question........ I'll guess that she was in ROCKY 2 as the Robot that Rocky gave PAULY for his BIRTHDAY........... yeah.... THERE YOU GO!!! ---- I'LL TRADE MY WINNINGS FOR WHAT'S BEHIND CURTAIN NUMBER TWO, MONTY. --minkwheel. ---you can TELL that I'm getting closer, but I'm still sorta stumped........if the question would've been about ERIK ESTRADA, I would've said he was robotic in pretty much EVERYTHING he's been in.......but....ALAS....
