Transcendence (2014): "A scientist's drive for artificial intelligence takes on dangerous implications when his own consciousness is uploaded into one such program." Once he becomes a big powerful computer AI, he invites his wife to be uploaded, but that doesn't end up happening. The closest thing is people getting nano-technobabble into their bodies to heal chronic injuries, and they become part of a hive mind; a few are women, but they're really just altered humans.

Found Transcendence on some android list ... definitely not worth watching if you're looking to see fembots.

Watched Maid Droid (Rich Mallery, 2023, 91 min.) ... terrible movie overall, and all GINO, so I'm adding it to the list. The only perk, if there is one, is that the two actresses (a human and the maid robot) are reasonably attractive and both undress a few times.

There are female androids in Kamen Rider Drive, most prominent of them is one of villans' generals, her name is Medic. Androids in KR Drive have two forms - human form and monster form. In their human forms they look and behave like humans, they even bleed like humans; and in their monster forms they look like average Kamen Rider / Super Sentai monsters. So, in my opinion, Drive has no "real" fembot content.

Well, aforementioned Kamen Rider Drive actually is a good show, but it has some flaws: rushed storylines (for example: a storyline about death of Shinnosuke's father), strange and unnecessary final boss (Sigma Circular), scrapped romantic storyline (Chase x Kiriko; seems like it was scrapped because Chase is a robot) and, of course, bad CGI.

A biologist and a programmer create a superman robot to fight crime. But this "superman" (her name is Manya) turned out to be an exact copy of a photo model from a poster - a heroine of programmer's erotic fantasies.

Manya looks like a human woman, she eats like a human, she even bleeds like a human. Her movements and voice are not very robotic; she acts more like a woman with super-strength than like a robot. The only one robotic thing about her is her blank / glassy stare.

Manya was created from...a lot of chicken eggs and one iron nail But other characters call her "a robot", "a machine", "a doll", "an automaton", etc.

This movie is quite funny and a bit silly (but in a good way). And Yuliya Menshova, lead actress, is quite hot (even though blondes are not exactly my type).

Sped through Mind and Machine (2017) and it's nothing but GINO content there. The acting was passable, and Ariana Guerra was attractive enough as the robot-that-can-feel, although her character acted more like she didn't have feelings at all, so that was dumb. The movie is very bad overall with lousy pacing and no point. I lost count of the number of times the background behind the actors was in sharp focus while the actors weren't. Quite the embarrassment.

Foe (2023): Hen (Saoirse Ronan) & Junior's (Paul Mescal) life is thrown into turmoil when a stranger shows up at their door with a startling proposal.

The proposal is that they can have an AI robot/clone stand in for Junior while he's away building a space station. A familiar-to-this-board trope twist is suggested toward the end, but ultimately the whole film is just a bleak dialogue slog.

Do tell on the spoilers ... that "twist" could be a lot of things. I'm assuming lame, and not robots.

Hen living with the AI Junior while he's away naturally leads to a complicated emotional situation. When he returns, things get ugly as the company that makes the AI copies disposes of AI Junior... and at the very end, it maybe kinda sorta suggests Hen has replaced herself with a bot as she leaves Junior and the farm for a new life.
